Due to unfavorable weather conditions, launch of Ovzon’s revolutionary geostationary communications satellite Ovzon 3 is now targeted for no earlier than December 22, 2023 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
“The things we can control are well under control. We have a healthy spacecraft ready to launch as soon as the weather clears and we are working closely with SpaceX to do that safely and as quickly as possible. Weather is a key factor in every launch, so now is the time for patience as we wait a few more days to celebrate this historic event” says Per Noren, CEO of Ovzon.
