Ovzon to change Chairman of the Board

Magnus René, Chairman of the Board of Ovzon AB (publ) ("Ovzon"), has today announced his wish to leave the Board of Directors. The Board has decided to appoint the Board member Regina Donato Dahlström, with broad operational experience from the telecom industry, as the new Chairman of the Board until the next annual general meeting.
Magnus René has been a Board member in Ovzon since 2018, CEO during the period May 2019-April 2021 and Chairman of the Board since 2021. He is leaving the Board with immediate effect.
"I have been engaged in Ovzon for almost 6 years as Board member, CEO and Chairman of the Board. The company's important project Ovzon 3 is now heading towards completion and the company is thus entering a new phase. It is a good time to hand over the chairmanship. Ovzon is a great company with a great team and it has been a pleasure and an honor to lead the work of the Board as well as to work with management and employees”, says Magnus René.

A new Chairman will be appointed through ordinary procedures during the next annual general meeting.
