Avnotering av aktierna i OX2 från Nasdaq Stockholm

Den 25 september 2024 offentliggjorde OX2 AB (publ) (”OX2”) att bolagets styrelse hade ansökt om avnotering av aktierna i OX2 från Nasdaq Stockholm på begäran av EQT Infrastructure VI, genom Otello BidCo AB, som i samband med sitt offentliga uppköpserbjudande blivit ägare till mer än 90 procent av samtliga aktier i OX2. Nasdaq Stockholm har nu godkänt avnoteringsansökan. Sista dag för handel i aktierna i OX2 på Nasdaq Stockholm är den 21 oktober 2024.
