Pamica Group AB (“Pamica”) has divested Logiwaste Holding AB to M Refine Group AB. The purchase price amounts to SEK 1 plus one preference share in Logiwaste which entitles the holder to a significant portion of the profits in Logiwaste and the disposal proceeds in the event of a future sale of the companies to a third party. The profit impact from the divestment amounts provisionally to –23.0 MSEK, and the impact on the Group's cash flow to –8.0 MSEK, which will be recognized in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The transaction is part of Pamica’s strategic plan to reduce leverage in the Group and increase profitability. The divested operations showed net sales LTM as of September 31 of approximately SEK 50 million and an adjusted EBITA of approximately SEK –18 million.
