On May 25, 2022, Patriam Invest AB ("Patriam") issued senior secured green bond loans denominated in SEK amounting to SEK 149 million with ISIN SE0017769391 and EUR 24 million with ISIN SE0017769409, within a framework amount of SEK 1,500 million ("The Patriam Bonds"). The Patriam Bonds financed project acquisitions and have had a maturity of 3 years, with final maturity on May 25, 2025. Patriam is now exercising the right to extend the maturity of the Patriam Bonds by one year, in accordance with the terms of the bonds, although the intention is not to utilize the full extension period.
In connection with this, the board of Patriam has engaged Swedbank to explore the possibilities of refinancing the Patriam Bonds, as well as the parent company Rotunda Fastigheter AB’s senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0019175829, amounting to approximately EUR 5 million, and ISIN SE0019175811, amounting to approximately SEK 100 million.
