On 8 December 2023, Patriam Lilla Essingen AB issued secured corporate bonds of MSEK 140 to refinance an acquisition loan for the properties Lilla Essingen 4 and 6.

In May 2024, Patriam extended the bond's maturity date and, in connection with this, partially amortized a total of MSEK 28. On December 9, 2024, Patriam finally amortized the bond, in accordance with the bond terms, and the bond is thus fully repaid.
