Physitrack PLC (Nasdaq First North Premier: PTRK) - New Commercial Agreement for Champion Health generates €47,000 in Upfront Contract Value, potential for significant annual recurring revenue.

LONDON, United Kingdom — 1 April 2026 — Physitrack PLC (Nasdaq First North Premier: PTRK) Champion Health today announced a new commercial agreement with a large UK-based enterprise employer to deliver a prevention-first workforce health pilot.

The initial phase of the agreement is valued at approximately €47,000 in upfront contract value, with revenue recognition expected to commence in Q2 2026.

The pilot is designed to evaluate an integrated workforce health model combining mental health, musculoskeletal (MSK) prevention and ergonomic (DSE) risk management, alongside digital triage and clinical pathways.

Subject to successful pilot outcomes, the agreement is expected to inform a broader enterprise rollout decision, with the potential to generate substantial recurring revenue in future periods.

Solution Overview
Under the agreement, Champion Health will provide an integrated workforce health platform enabling the customer to:

  • Identify workforce health risk earlier through structured assessment and analytics
  • Improve employee engagement with prevention and self-management resources
  • Better understand demand for clinical pathways and support services

The solution supports employees by providing a single access point for prevention, self-management and escalation into appropriate support pathways, while equipping leadership with data-driven insight into workforce health risk and its financial impact.

This agreement reflects continued strong demand for Champion Health’s platform within the enterprise employer market and aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its presence in workforce health and deepen relationships with large organisations.

This agreement also reflects early market adoption of Champion Health’s prevention-first workforce health model, which combines mental health, musculoskeletal and ergonomic risk management within a single platform. The speed of adoption highlights growing demand from enterprise employers for more integrated, data-led approaches to workforce health.

The customer is an existing partner, demonstrating Champion Health’s ability to expand engagement through additional services and use cases.

Comment from Physitrack Group CEO and Founder, Henrik Molin
“We are pleased to announce this Champion Health agreement, which reflects the growing demand for more integrated, prevention-first approaches to workforce health. ”By bringing together mental health, musculoskeletal care and ergonomic risk management within a single platform, we are enabling organisations to better understand and manage workforce health risk. This pilot represents an important step in supporting data-led decision-making and creating a clear pathway to scalable, long-term impact.”
