Tønsberg, 30 June 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by poLight ASA ("poLight" or the "Company") published on 27 June 2025 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of up to 19,122,933 new shares, at a subscription price of NOK 2.69 per share (the "Subsequent Offering"). Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcement published on 20 June 2025, regarding the exercise of subscription rights by certain primary insiders and their close associates, including over-subscription in excess of their allocated subscription rights.
