PowerCell has signed an order for delivery of fuel cell systems to a leading European OEM manufacturer of propulsion systems to the marine cruise industry. The order value is SEK 16.5m and delivery will take please in the first half of 2025. This is the first commercial order for the newly introduced Marine System 225.
PowerCell has signed an order for four Marine System 225 with an effect of 1.1 MW to be installed as marine power generators at a leading European OEM manufacturer of propulsion systems to the marine cruise industry. The order value is SEK 16.5m and delivery will take place in the first half of 2025. These sustainable systems can drastically reduce emissions and noise compared to traditional fossil fuel powered systems that many cruise ships use today.
