The number of shares and votes in Precise Biometrics AB (publ) has increased during October as a result of the exercise of warrants of series 2026 (TO2), whereby 5,456,090 new ordinary shares were issued. For more information, please refer to the press release published by Precise Biometrics on 5 October 2026.

As of 30 October 2026, the total number of shares in Precise Biometrics amounts to 274,143,719, of which 273,058,719 are ordinary shares, carrying one vote each, and 1,085,000 are C shares held by the company, carrying one-tenth of a vote each. As of 30 October 2026, the total number of votes in the company amounts to 273,167,219.
