Prisma Properties (publ) has signed a 15-year lease agreement with one of Denmark’s largest burger chains for a new location in Hammelev, in the municipality of Haderslev, southern Denmark. As previously announced, the grocery chain Netto will also open at the site. The estimated total annual rental value for the entire project upon completion amounts to approximately SEK 4.9 million.
Prisma’s property development in Hammelev, strategically located by the E45 motorway, is being developed into a modern destination for retail, food and services. At the same time, the site will be established as a regional hub for EV charging, where Prisma has signed agreements with charging operators Allego and E.ON to install around fifty fast chargers on the property. This makes it one of the most extensive charging infrastructure solutions along this stretch of the E45.
Construction is planned to start in the third quarter of 2025, with an expected opening in the first quarter of 2026.
“We continue to strengthen our position in the Danish market. There is strong demand for new establishments across Denmark, and we look forward to growing together with both new and existing tenants – through project development as well as acquisitions,” says Carsten Krebs, CDO at Prisma Properties.
