Prisma Properties AB (publ) (the “Company”) has mandated Nordea Bank Abp and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige, as joint bookrunners, to arrange meetings with bond investors starting on 13 January 2026 to explore the possibility of issuing subsequent senior unsecured green bonds of up to SEK 250,000,000 (the “Subsequent Green Bonds”) under the Company’s outstanding bond loan of SEK 500,000,000 with ISIN SE0025166176, under a framework of up to SEK 750,000,000. A capital market transaction may follow, subject to, among other things, prevailing market conditions. The proceeds from the issuance of the Subsequent Green Bonds will be used in accordance with the Company's green bond framework.

Nordea Bank Abp and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige are acting as arrangers and joint bookrunners and Gernandt & Danielsson is acting as legal advisor in connection with the issuance of the Subsequent Green Bonds.
