Prisma Properties acquires property in Östhammar – signs long lease agreement with Dollarstore

Prisma Properties (publ) has acquired a property in Östhammar, next to a retail park that includes well-established brands such as ICA, Coop, Ö&B, and Jysk. As part of the acquisition, Prisma signed a 15-year lease agreement with Dollarstore to develop a new 3,100-square-meter store. The store is scheduled to open in October 2025.
“We are very proud to continue our successful collaboration with Dollarstore. This will be our 31st project together, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth in both Sweden and Denmark,” says Thomas Hansen, CDO Sweden, Prisma Properties.
“Our expansion is an exciting journey, and our partnership with Prisma Properties is a key part of it. We are eager to provide customers in Östhammar with a wide range of products at competitive prices when we open the store in the fall of 2025,” says Fredrik Holmström, Head of Establishment at Dollarstore.
