Prisma Properties plans to develop a new retail destination of approximately 4,000 square meters in Ronneby, featuring stores for groceries and daily goods, as well as fast chargers for electric vehicles. The total annual rental value for the entire project is estimated to reach about 5.5 million SEK upon completion, and a long lease agreement has already been signed with a grocery chain.
The retail destination will be located in an attractive area next to the entrance road in central Ronneby, with high visibility and good accessibility. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2027, with the project expected to be completed in the fall of 2028.
"Once the project is finished, we will deliver modern and functional retail spaces that meet both our tenants' and our own high standards for design, energy efficiency, and accessibility”, says Thomas Hansen, Business Developer at Prisma Properties.
The project is conditional upon an approved detailed development plan and the obtained building permit. Work on the detailed plan is ongoing, and the detailed plan and building permit are expected to come into legal force during the first half of 2027.
