Prisma Properties (publ) has acquired the property Noret 1:50 in Mora to develop a new retail center with a focus on groceries and discount retail. The purchase price amounts to SEK 34 million, and Prisma took possession of the property on October 31. In connection with the acquisition, Prisma has signed long lease agreements with Lidl and Jysk. Construction is planned to start in Q1 2025, with completion in spring 2026. Estimated rental value upon project completion amounts to approximately SEK 9 million.
Prisma owns a Dollarstore in the same area, acquired in the fall of 2023, and is now strengthening its presence in Mora. The project encompasses a total of 5,406 square meters, with 10-year lease agreements already signed with Lidl and Jysk. Prisma will continue to develop the area with a focus on creating a complete retail destination with additional retail, services, and restaurants. Negotiations are ongoing with other potential tenants interested in establishing themselves on the property.
