Prisma Properties has signed a 20-year lease agreement with franchisee Nordic Service Partners (NSP) for a new KFC restaurant in Värnamo. Around thirty fast chargers for electric vehicles will also be installed at the site. The total annual rental value upon completion is approximately SEK 2.5 million.
With this agreement in place, Prisma will further develop and expand its area along the E4 motorway where the company has previously developed a hub for quick service restaurants (QSR) with tenants ChopChop and Jureskogs. Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2026 with expected completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
