Repurchase of own shares in Prisma Properties AB during week 25, 2026
Prisma Properties AB (publ) ("Prisma Properties" or the "Company") has during the period 15 June – 18 June 2026 repurchased a total of 53,000 own shares within the framework of the share repurchase programme announced on 13 May 2026. The repurchases have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by ABG Sundal Collier AB on behalf of Prisma Properties in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the Safe Harbour Regulation).
Shares in Prisma Properties have been repurchased as follows:
