ProstaLund has signed an agreement for CoreTherm® with the new customer Capio Närsjukvård AB.
ProstaLund has signed an agreement with Capio Närsjukvård. The agreement means that ProstaLund installs the CoreTherm® machine with accessories at Capio Specialistmottagning on Clemenstorget in Lund and the plan is for the first CoreTherm® treatments to be performed in October. CoreTherm® treatments are already carried out under Capio's auspices at Capio S:t Görans Hospital in Stockholm, Capio Urologi Solna and Capio Läkargruppen Örebro.
At present, Capio Närsjukvård AB does not have an agreement with Region Skåne regarding thermotherapy treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, so initially CoreTherm® treatments will be offered for privately paying and patients with health insurance.
