Purmo Group Plc will publish its financial reports in 2024 as follows:
- 13 February 2024: Financial statements review 2023
- 24 April 2024: Interim report, January–March 2024
- 17 July 2024: Half-year financial report, January–June 2024
- 22 October 2024: Interim report, January–September 2024
Purmo Group Plc's Annual Report 2023, which includes the company's Financial Statements, the Board of Directors report, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report, will be published on 19 March 2024, at the latest.
All financial reports are published in English and Finnish and will be available at https://investors.purmogroup.com/ after the publication.
Purmo Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 9 April 2024.
Purmo Group Plc’s Board of Directors will convene the General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder is entitled to have considered by the General Meeting a matter falling within the remit of the General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included in the notice convening the General Meeting. A request is considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a request on Tuesday, 16 January 2024, at the latest.
