Purmo Group has published its Annual Report for 2023. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Auditor’s Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report.

The Financial Statements are published following the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Purmo Group’s ESEF Financial Statements following ISAE 3000 (Revised).

The format of the Financial Statements is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the primary statements and notes have been labelled with XBRL tags and the notes to the consolidated financial statements with XBRL block tags.
