Q-linea AB (Publ) (OMX: QLINEA) today announces that the company has entered into an agreement with Labema Oy for ASTar® Instrument and consumables in Finland and the Baltic States.
“The Nordics is our home market, and it is important for us to be well represented across the region. Labema is a knowledgeable, highly regarded distributor with a strong presence within clinical microbiology,” said Thomas Fritz, CCO at Q-linea.
“We look forward to an exciting future and partnership. Such high-quality, innovative products as ASTar enable an expansion of our business to clinical microbiology laboratories in hospitals,” said Mohammed Benlakhdar, CEO at Labema.
With the appointment of Labema Oy, Q-linea continues to grow its European sales network. Q-linea already has representation, direct or through partners, in the following countries: France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the UK.
Established in 1988, Labema provides 35 years of experience and expertise within microbiology, molecular biology and laboratory automation. The company offers diagnostic equipment and consumables to public healthcare, research laboratories and the food industry.
