“Qgroup entered 2021 with self-confidence and is now reporting a record year straight through, which really focused on the importance of both delivering good profitability and at the same time investing for the future and in the technologies that are changing our industry.

In 2021, Qgroup increased its net sales by almost 27 percent to SEK 506 million (399) and significantly improved operating profit to just over SEK 50 million (15). There is obviously a great need for our consultants' expertise in the market.

Under the theme “Shaping the new way of consulting”, our annual report describes the Qgroup Group's strategy and the activities that made 2021 a record year. The report also shows how Qgroup's basic philosophy - to start and develop successful companies around people and their skills - has led to a record number of new recruits and highly motivated consultants who think new and where the word "impossible" does not exist. In total, more than 181 employees joined Qgroup, which is a doubling in the number of recruits compared with the previous year.

Virtually all of our 30 subsidiaries and 5 associated companies were successful in 2021. We also started a new company in Poland and a joint venture in India. Today, the Group has operations in ten countries and twenty locations in Europe, the USA and Asia. The ambition is to establish Qgoup in many more places around the world in the coming years.

All this contributes to Qgroup's attractiveness as an employer and facilitates the recruitment of the best consultants to our companies.”
