QleanAir AB announces that the CEO Sebastian Lindström has bought 100,000 shares in QleanAir AB from Qevirp 41 Ltd.

Sebastian Lindström was appointed CEO on November 28, 2022. The shares were bought outside of the market from Qevirp 41 Ltd at the price of SEK 21,26 per share and to a total amount of SEK 2.126.000 kronor. The seller was Qevirp 41 Ltd, a subsidiary of Priveq investment Fund IV L.P.
