Qt Group Plc hereby announces a correction and supplement to the flagging notification of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. that Qt Group Plc published on May 13, 2026.
English language version of such an earlier release included incorrect information and e.g. incorrectly stated that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. holdings of Qt Group Plc shares fell below 5 % flagging threshold as in reality the flagging notification received by Qt Group Plc provides that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. holdings crossed over 5 % flagging threshold. Incorrect information was only included in the English language version and not in the Finnish language version of the release.
In addition, Qt Group Plc supplements its earlier release with additional information provided by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.’s flagging notice.
