Quant’s CEO, Tomas Rönn, resigns from his position effective immediately

Quant AB (Publ) (the “Company”) today announces the resignation of Mr. Tomas Rönn as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of today’s date.

Madelene Kärvin Nilsson will assume the role on an interim basis while the Company takes time to consider the most appropriate long-term replacement.

Tomas has served the Company as CEO for over five years and has decided to retire from his position for personal reasons.

Tomas will continue to be employed by the Company for a further six months, during which time he will act as an adviser to the management.

The Board and the Company Management extend their sincere gratitude to Tomas for his dedicated service as CEO, and we wish him every success in his future endeavours.
