Extraordinary General Meeting in Realfiction Holding AB
The Extraordinary General Meeting in Realfiction Holding AB held today resolved in accordance with the Board’s proposal, and the following resolution was adopted.
Resolution on amendment of the Articles of Association (limits on share capital and number of shares)
The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved in accordance with the Board’s proposal to amend § 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association by adopting new limits for the share capital and the number of shares in accordance with one of the eight alternatives (i)–(viii) set out in the table below, depending on the outcome of the Rights Issue. The below proposal was adopted unanimously:
§ 4 Share capital and number of shares
“The share capital shall be not less than SEK 1,995,000 and not more than SEK 7,980,000. The number of shares shall be not less than 19,950,000 and not more than 79,800,000.”, whereby only the minimum and maximum limits for the share capital and the number of shares shall be replaced for the relevant alternative in the table below.

The Company's CEO was authorized to make such minor formal adjustments of the resolution as might be necessary in connection with registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket).
