On Saturday, January 20th, Rusta's IT system was affected by operational disruptions as a result of an incident at our hosting provider Tietoevery. The disruption affects the services of several of Tietoevry's customers, which was announced in a press release during the day: https://www.tietoevry.com/en/newsroom/all-news-and-releases/other-news/2024/01/ransomware-attack-affecting-some-customers-in-sweden/.

Rusta's website has not been available during the day. The stores on all Rusta markets have been kept open as usual, however with certain limitations regarding the functionality of the checkout system and the ability to accept different means of payment.

Rusta's stores will be opened as planned. We are working to get the systems fully up and running as soon as possible. There is currently no forecast for when it will be completely fixed.
