RVRC Holding AB’s Annual Report (including the Sustainability Report) for the financial year 2025/26 is, as of today, available on the company’s website corporate.revolutionrace.com.
Compared with the Year-end Report published on 11 August 2026, the parent company’s non-restricted equity has increased by SEK 250 million to SEK 461 million. The increase is due to the anticipated dividend from subsidiaries to the parent company having been set at a higher amount. The dividend is an intra-group transaction and does not affect the Group’s profit, financial position or cash flow.
The Board of Directors’ proposed dividend to shareholders remains unchanged at SEK 1.50 per share.
