Sareq's portfolio company Langia IT Solutions AB has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Remit AB and Remit Europe AB

This is Sareq's fourteenth acquisition in total and third in 2024. The acquisition is being carried out by Sareq's portfolio company Langia IT Solutions, where the operations of Remit will be integrated into Langia's business.
Langia IT Solutions, which became a part of Sareq in July 2023, is a leading IT consultancy within the e-commerce platform SAP Commerce. Together with Sareq, Langia is now taking the next step to further develop their business with the aim of becoming a leading provider of SAP CX in the Nordic market.
Remit, based in Stockholm, has a strong position within SAP CX and helps its customers develop digital solutions that elevate the intelligent customer experience to new heights. Additionally, Remit’s highly qualified staff with many years of experience within SAP solutions will now work together with Langia's already strong team to offer an even better service for new and existing customers.

The purchase agreement was signed on June 28, and the acquisition will be finalized no later than August 31.
