Scandinavian Astor Group completes the acquisition of PBH Teknik AB
Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (“Astor Group” or the “Company”) announces today that its subsidiary Mikroponent AB (“Mikroponent”) has completed the acquisition of all the shares in PBH Teknik AB (“PBH Teknik”). All conditions for the transaction have been met, including the required approval from the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products (ISP), and PBH Teknik is, as of today, part of Astor Group.
Through this acquisition, Mikroponent is strengthening its offering in advanced CNC milling and high-precision manufacturing, whilst establishing a stronger presence in Karlskoga – one of Sweden’s most important clusters for the defence industry. PBH Teknik brings specialist expertise, a modern machine park and long-standing customer relationships, which further strengthen the Group’s industrial platform.

The acquisition was announced on 2 July 2026 and is being financed through existing cash reserves and an acquisition loan, as previously communicated. PBH Teknik will be consolidated into Astor Group’s financial reporting with effect from the completion date.
