Oslo, 10 September 2025: Reference is made to the flagging notification announcement published by Sentia ASA ("Sentia" or the "Company") today regarding the completion of the demerger of Sparhent AS ("Sparhent").
In connection with the demerger, certain primary insiders of the Company, through their closely associated companies, have received or will receive shares in the Company as a result of (i) the completion of the demerger and (ii) the subsequent liquidation of Sparhent, as further detailed below:
Allocation upon completion of the demerger
- May Helen Dahlstrø, EVP HENT of the Company, has received 892,212 shares in the Company through her wholly owned company, MADA Holding AS.
Allocation upon subsequent liquidation of Sparhent
- May Helen Dahlstrø, EVP HENT of the Company, will receive 286,855 additional shares in the Company through MADA Holding AS.
- Jan Jahren, CEO of the Company, will receive 55,125 shares in the Company through his wholly owned company, Jan Jahren AS.
