SSEA, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded a contract by Atrium Ljungberg to deliver Stockholm University of the Arts (SKH). The contract value is MSEK 1,370 excluding VAT.

The new campus will be located in the Slakthusområdet area in southern Stockholm and will comprise performance venues, as well as education and research facilities across a range of artistic disciplines, including opera, dance, circus, and performing arts. The project will also include office space, with a total gross floor area of approximately 36,000 sqm.

The project will be executed as a collaborative delivery (partnering contract) in close cooperation with Atrium Ljungberg - one of Sweden’s largest publicly listed real estate companies.

SSEA has, since 2025, worked together with Atrium Ljungberg in the planning and design phase of the new University, and has now also been selected as the main contractor for the construction of the new facility.

-We are proud to contribute to the development of the future Stockholm University of the Arts. Together with Atrium Ljungberg and SKH, we look forward to delivering a sustainable and socially important project, says Christian Wieland, Deputy CEO of Sentia.

Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2026, with completion expected in spring 2030.
