Vestia, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract with Lerum Municipality to renovate Vattenpalatset in Lerum. Lerum Municipality is located in the Greater Gothenburg area. The project is a turnkey contract carried out in partnering. The contract value is approximately SEK 200 million. 

Vattenpalatset will be renovated and developed into a modern, attractive family swimming facility that will continue to serve as a health-promoting meeting place for all residents of Lerum Municipality. The facility will have a high level of accessibility, an environment where everyone should feel safe and secure and have access to all parts of the complex.

The renovation began in March 2025 with preparatory work. Completion is expected in 2027.
