Sverre Hærem steps down as EVP & CFO of Sentia ASA

Sverre Hærem has, at his own request, chosen to step down from his position as EVP & CFO of Sentia ASA.
 
Sverre Hærem has been a valuable member of Sentia's group executive management. He has played an important role in the company's successful IPO process and served as the group's CFO during an important phase for the group.
 
"Sverre has made a significant contribution to Sentia, and we would like to thank him for everything he has contributed. We wish him all the best going forward," says CEO Jan Jahren.
 
Sverre Hærem will step down from his position during September in accordance with further agreement.
 
"I am proud of what we have achieved together at Sentia, not least the stock exchange listing and the continued development of the company. I now look forward to new challenges, and I wish Sentia and my colleagues the very best going forward," says Sverre Hærem.
 
May Helen Dahlstrø, CFO & Deputy CEO of the subsidiary HENT, will take up the role of interim EVP Finance & CFO of Sentia ASA. The company will at the same time initiate the process of recruiting a permanent EVP Finance & CFO.
