Bergen, 19 December 2024: Reference is made to the press release by Shearwater Geoservices Holding AS ("Shearwater") on 5 April 2024 about the successfully placed USD 300 million senior secured first lien bond due 3 April 2029 (the "Bonds"), issued by Shearwaters wholly owned subsidiary Shearwater Geoservices AS (the "Company").
 
On 19 December 2024, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the planned application for admission to trading and listing of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs. The first day of trading is expected to be on or about 2 January 2025.
