Bergen, 2 January 2024: Reference is made to the announcements on 5 April and 19 December 2024 made by Shearwater Geoservices AS (the "Company" or "Shearwater") published on the Company's website regarding, respectively, the successful placement of a USD 300 million senior secured first lien bond (the "Bonds"), and the approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway of a prospectus (the "Prospectus"), prepared by the Company in connection with the planned application for admission to trading and listing of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
 
On 30 December 2024, Euronext Oslo Børs approved the Company's application for admission to trading of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
 
The Bonds will commence trading on Euronext Oslo Børs today, 2 January 2025.
