SignUp Software appoints Mattias Ek as CFO

On 22 December 2021, SignUp Software AB ("Company") has appointed Mattias Ek as new CFO. Mattias has a master’s degree in Business Administration and joins SignUp Software AB from Headsent AB (publ) also listed on Nasdaq First North.

As CFO and member of executive teams, Mattias has led finance teams as well as participated in major re-structuring initiatives and M&A projects. Prior to starting out as a CFO, Mattias worked within corporate finance and management consulting and also has experience from software development and deliveries to international clients. Mattias assumes his position as CFO of SignUp Software in March 2022.
