• SinterCast mini-system to be installed at DongYa foundry in China
• Production of industrial power engine components to start before year-end
• Sixteenth installation in China; Twenty-fourth installation in Asia

[Stockholm, 2 November 2022] – Dongya Technology (Suzhou) Company, Ltd. has acquired a SinterCast licence in preparation for the start of series production of Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) industrial power engine components. Under the terms of the agreement, SinterCast will supply a mini-system process control system and will provide engineering support to establish a robust process for the production of CGI components conforming to the international ISO 16112 standard. The SinterCast installation will enable Dongya Technology, which specialises in heavy-section industrial power castings, to produce CGI components at its foundry in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China. The installation is planned to be commissioned during the fourth quarter of 2022, with initial production beginning before year-end.
