The Annual General Meeting of Solid Clouds hf will be held on Wednesday, 25 May 2022, in the main auditorium of Arion Bank at Borgartún 19, 105 Reykjavík, starting at 4.00 p.m.
Agenda:
- Election of the director of the meeting
- Report of the board on the previous year’s operations
- Approval of the Company’s annual financial statements for the previous operational year
- A decision on disposition of the Company’s profit or loss on the previous year’s operations
- Approval of the Company’s wages and terms policy
- A proposal to amend the articles of association so as to authorise an increase of share capital in connection with stock option agreements
- Election of members and alternates to the board of the Company
- Election of the Company’s auditor
- A decision on remuneration to the Company’s directors and sub-committees
- Other matters
- Presentation of the Company’s latest game, Starborne Frontiers
