New number of shares and votes in Stockholm Nordtech Group AB

The total number of shares and votes in Stockholm Nordtech Group AB (”Nordtech” or the ”Company”) has changed in connection with the offering and listing of the Company's ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 10 June 2026 (the “Listing”). In connection with the Listing, the Company issued 6,666,666 ordinary shares, 1,858,612 C1 shares and 100,374 C2 shares.

Following the new share issues, the total number of shares in Nordtech amounts to 52,045,972 shares, of which 50,086,986 are ordinary shares, 1,858,612 are C1 shares and 100,374 are C2 shares. The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 50,282,884.6.
