Change in number of shares and votes in Sveafastigheter
The number of shares and votes in Sveafastigheter AB (publ) (“Sveafastigheter”) has increased as a result of the merger with KlaraBo Sverige AB which was completed on 30 September 2026, whereby 85,496,012 new Class B shares and 20,004,545 new Class A shares were issued as merger consideration. The shares issued as merger consideration were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in October 2026.
As of 30 October 2026, the total number of shares in Sveafastigheter amounts to 305,500,557 shares, of which 285,496,012 are Class B shares, carrying one vote each, and 20,004,545 are unlisted Class A shares, carrying 1.01 votes each. The total number of votes in Sveafastigheter amounts to 305,700,602.45 votes as of 30 October 2026.
As of 30 October 2026, Sveafastigheter holds 2,650,230 own Class B shares, corresponding to 2,650,230 votes.
