Tangiamo Touch Technology AB (NGM Nordic SME: TANGI) (“Tangiamo” or “the Company”) confirms that the strategic review of the Company’s portfolio in land-based gaming technology is progressing according to plan. The purpose of any divestment is to enable increased focus on more scalable solutions with recurring revenue streams through Trustplay’s online presence.
- A potential divestment of the Company’s land-based gaming technology would include the MultiPLAY product line for electronic table games (Classic and Ignite), the patented Dice Shakers, and the AI-driven dice-recognition engine iADR. Recent revenues for this business area include:
- Sale of MultiPLAY Classic Roulette systems to Loto-Québec for 10 MSEK during 2023
- Sale of technology rights in the Dominican Republic to Grupo Caribant for 5 MSEK during 2022
- Transactions of approximately 6 MSEK related to Dice Shakers and iADR software since 2023
- Since the assignment to divest the Company’s land-based gaming technology was announced on May 30, 2025, the Company’s advisors have made initial contacts with several strategic and financial investors in North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia. Confidential information materials have been shared with a selected group of industry players in these regions.
- As previously communicated in the Company’s 2024 Annual Report, the portfolio carries a book value of approximately 15 MSEK. Based on the precedent set by the sale of technology rights in the Dominican Republic, management’s internal target is to secure a purchase price that is at least in line with this valuation.
Tangiamo Touch Technology AB will provide further information as soon as it becomes available in accordance with applicable regulations.
Chris Steele, CEO of Tangiamo, comments:
“The initial reactions from potential buyers have been positive and support our internal goals. We will continue to run a competitive process with the objective of maximizing shareholder value.”
