Tangiamo Takes Next Steps in U.S. iGaming Market and Eyes Expansion in Latin America

Tangiamo Touch Technology AB (publ) (“Tangiamo” or “Company”) today provides an update on its activities across North America and the Caribbean, highlighting recent developments in the United States, Canada, and the Dominican Republic. These include on-boarding as a supplier with a leading U.S.-licensed iGaming operator for the use of Tangiamo’s dice shakers and iADR software, continued cooperation with Loto Québec, and discussions around online sportsbook and casino offerings with local partner Grupo Caribant in the Dominican Republic. Together, these initiatives form part of Tangiamo’s broader strategy to expand its presence in these regions and build long-term commercial value through targeted deployments and partnerships.
In the United States, Tangiamo has been onboarded as a supplier with a prominent licensed iGaming operator to use the Company’s dice shaker hardware and proprietary iADR software platform. The onboarding process includes an agreement covering the deployment of Tangiamo’s hardware-software solution within the scope of certified iGaming operations. Standard commercial terms and compliance provisions typical of enterprise-level contracts are also included in the agreement. Any orders or revenue-generating deployments resulting from this agreement will be announced separately.
In Canada, Tangiamo continues its collaboration with its distributor, RBY Gaming, and Loto Québec. A go-live date is pending for the delivered MultiPLAY Classic tables, and the teams remain in close coordination to complete this process. While the pace of progress underscores the complexities of launching new technology in regulated land-based casino environments, Tangiamo anticipates that a successful launch could create further opportunities for its MultiPLAY Classic and Ignite products. The Company views this relationship as an important long-term opportunity within the Canadian market and a gateway for broader land-based innovation in regulated environments.
Lastly, in March Tangiamo visited the Dominican Republic to meet with its local partner, Grupo Caribant. The visit focused on the MultiPLAY Ignite product, the Trustplay iGaming platform, and opportunities within online sportsbook and casino offerings. The visit marked an important step in developing a shared vision for potential online collaboration in the Dominican Republic and broader Caribbean region. This initiative reflects Tangiamo's ambition to grow worldwide, with a focus on innovation and partnerships grounded in local market insight. Any new agreements resulting from this will be communicated to the market if and when they materialize.
