Jennie Wilund’s experience in the gaming industry is vast, ranging from mobile games to AAA titles, and includes working in executive positions at renowned companies such as Toca Boca, Avalanche Studios and Glorious Games Group (formerly Stardoll).

“Most of my previous workplaces have been in the same phase as Thunderful is currently in—when transformation is needed, which is where I excel the most. After having worked closely with this team during its restructuring program, I’m thrilled to be part of the journey moving forward and to continue building this exciting company,” says Jennie Wilund, newly appointed EVP of Operations at Thunderful Group.

New Leadership Structure - Focusing on the Publishing Business
In addition to Jennie Wilund joining the group, as part of Thunderful’s ambition to strengthen its publishing operations, Kathrin Strangfeld, who has held several executive positions at Thunderful, moves into the role of EVP of Publishing. She is joined by Johan Mannerhill and Thomas Luecking who have held senior management roles within Thunderful and now both take on roles as VPs of Product Management. The purpose of these organisational changes is to establish a stronger foundation for Thunderful’s publishing department, with a focus on raising the bar for all products in terms of critical acclaim, commercial success, and operational excellence.
