The number of votes in Tobii AB (publ) has increased as a result of the conversion of a total of 368 685 class C-shares to a total of 368 685 ordinary shares.
 
The conversion was carried out to enable the delivery of ordinary shares to participants in the company’s share savings program adopted by the extraordinary general meeting on 10 January 2025.
 
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 259 436 350 shares, of which 234 135 600 are ordinary shares and 25 300 750 are class C-shares, and there are in total 236 665 675 votes in the company. The number of ordinary shares has increased with 368 685 ordinary shares and the number of class C-shares has decreased with 368 685 class C-shares. The number of votes has increased with 331 817 votes.
