Disciplinnämnden har beslutat om ett vitesbelopp om 300 tkr för brister i informationsgivningen

Marknadsövervakningen för NGM Nordic SME har ställt frågor till bolaget med anledning av informationsgivningens hanterande för händelser relaterade till 2024 års förvaltning samt den försenade årsredovisningen för år 2023. Bolaget har besvarat dessa frågor och redogjort för bolagets inställning. Disciplinnämnden vid Nordic Growth Market AB har beslutat om ett vitesbelopp om 300 tkr med anledning av ärendet. Bolaget har tagt till sig av den kritik som framförts och förbättrat sina rutiner, arbetssätt och systematiska metoder.
