Transcendent Group has been ranked as Norway's 2nd best workplace on Great Place To Work's annual ranking, in the small companies’ category. This is the fifth year in a row that Transcendent Group is on the top list in Norway. Last year, the company was ranked third on the list.
"We are delighted with the recognition. Great Place To Work gives us valuable feedback from our employees. And while it's nice to get recognized, the greatest value lies for us in the work we all put in to remain a fantastic workplace. In other words, the ranking is secondary. First and foremost, we are proud that all our employees contribute to how we can improve further in the future. Every year, Great Place to Work publishes the list of Norway's Best Workplaces. The list highlights the organizations that have succeeded in focusing on culture and effective leadership. The organizations that rank the highest by their employees are on the top list of Norway's Best Workplaces. Transcendent Group competed in the small companies’ category (20-49 employees).
