Dear Investors,
Trophy Games' financial guidance for 2025 is designed to maintain sustainable growth with bottom-line profitability, ensuring a robust cash position. We continue to ramp up our investment in the Transport Series, introducing one new game launch (Farm Manager) and scaling the newly launched Truck Manager.
In 2025 we will revisit our already live transport games, which we still believe hold the potential to unlock increased user engagement and monetization. They are still getting a lot of installs. That also means we will be activating less development costs than historically.
In 2025 activated development costs are budgeted just above 8m while they’re forecasted to be close to 12½m in 2024. This impacts both EBITDA and EBT when comparing 2024 and 2025.
It's important to note that our 2025 guidance does not account for any potential acquisitions.

Regarding liquidity, Trophy Games is projected to conclude 2024 with approximately DKK 24m in cash and cash equivalents, free of debt. As of December 12th, Trophy Games also holds 626,930 (2,27%) of its own shares.
The main growth drivers for 2025 are:
- Scaling of Truck Manager
- Release and scaling of Farm Manager
- Improvements of the other games in the Transport Series (Airline, Energy, Shipping and Train)
- Release of The Ranchers in Medio 2025
