Styrelsen i Metabolic Nordic AB har idag, den 28 november 2024, beslutat att ansöka om att bolaget ska försättas i konkurs. Konkursansökan kommer att lämnas in idag, den 28 november 2024, till Malmö tingsrätt.
Beslutet om att ansöka om konkurs följer efter att det avtal som ingåtts kring ett omvänt förvärv av verksamheten Dr Vitos och ett lån om sammanlagt MSEK 2,00 ej uppfyllts. Detta innebär att bolaget befinner sig i en akut likviditetskris och styrelsen bedömer att det därmed saknas tillräckliga likvida medel för att fortsätta bedriva verksamheten framöver.
