Dataproces secures another agreement with a German municipality
Dataproces yesterday announced its first agreement with a German municipality, and today another agreement followed.
Through the partnership with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, another German municipality has selected Dataproces to prepare the municipality's school development plan for the period 2026-2031. The assignment involves updating the municipality's existing school development plan and will create a data-based foundation for the long-term planning of the municipality's school sector. The work will include, among other things, analyses of the expected development in pupil numbers and the municipality's future need for school capacity.
The agreement stems from Dataproces' strategic partnership with, and takeover of activities from, Lexis & Rother, which was entered into in June. The partnership secured Dataproces' first agreement with a German municipality yesterday, and today the second one followed. As part of the collaboration, Dataproces takes over the execution of future assignments within school development, childcare, and capacity planning, while Lexis & Rother contributes professional expertise, experience, and relationships in the German municipal market.
The two new agreements support Dataproces' strategy of building a stronger advisory and software business in Germany. The advisory assignments generate revenue in their own right, while also giving Dataproces access to new municipalities and deeper insight into their needs, which over time can form the basis for sales of the company's software solutions within, among other things, forecasting, capacity planning, and municipal management data.
The agreements do not change the company's financial expectations for the 2026/27 financial year.
CEO Kasper Lund Nødgaard comments:
It is very positive that the partnership with Lexis & Rother has led to another concrete assignment in such a short time. This agreement shows that through the collaboration we have gained both strong professional expertise and access to new customer relationships in the German municipal market. The advisory assignments are an attractive business in their own right, but at the same time they give us the knowledge and market access that can, in the longer term, form the basis for sales of our software solutions.
